2022 Rally Registration

To take part in the 2022 rally edition, you need to follow the following steps:

  1. Register

  2.  Create your personal fundraising page

  3. Create your team fundraising page (if applicable)

  4. Edit your page, share with all your networks, and track your donations

Register as an individual, as a team or join a team

To register, please click on the button "Register" below. You will be redirected to the VTRA Rally page on Canada Helps. Once there, click on one the following buttons:

  • Join as an Individual: click on this button if you will take part in the VTRA rally event on your own. You will be asked to either login to your existing Canada Helps account or create one. After you login, you will be asked to fill in a form and click continue to purchase your registration to the VTRA Rally ($25 per participant).

  • Create a Team: click on this button if you will take part in the VTRA rally event as part of a team AND you are taking the lead on the registration process on behalf of your team (other team members will need to follow the steps outlined in the Join a Team item). You will be asked to either login to your existing Canada Helps account or create one. After you login, you will be asked to fill in a form and click continue to purchase your registration to the VTRA Rally ($25 per participant).

  • Join a Team: click on this button if you will take part in the VTRA rally event as part of a team AND another member of your team has already signed up your team by clicking on the Create a Team button. You will be asked to either login to your existing Canada Helps account or create one. After you login, you will be able to purchase your registration to the VTRA Rally ($25 per participant).

Create your personal fundraising page

This part is very important, as this is the page that will show your donors what you are trying to achieve through participating in the VTRA rally.  By using this page for donations, you will make sure that all donations are correctly attributed to you (and to your team if you are in one). Every donation given through your individual page will automatically be added up towards the friendly top fundraiser competition.

Creating your own page is easy. Simply create a name (something catchy might encourage your friends and family to donate), set a goal if you want to, and describe in the fundraising story why you are taking part in this event. You can also add a picture if you want, but it will work without.

Create your team page

The process to create the team page follows the same steps as the one for the individual page.

Edit your page, share with your friends and family, and track your donations

Finally, once you have added all your details to your individual and/or team pages, you will be directed to your "Manage my page" section of Canada helps. From there you can make any changes to your page, but most importantly this is where you can share it with everyone through email, Facebook etc. simply copy the Short url provided into any post, or email, or click on the buttons. Et Voila! Your fundraising campaign is off. Good luck and have fun.
